A. Shipping Information

Products usually ship within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed via FedEx. Orders place on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday.Standard Delivery (4-9 Business Days Total), though most orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as regular shipping "business" days.

B. PO Boxes

We only ship using FedEx and FedEx does not do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

C. Signature Requirements

All orders above $250 require a signature for delivery.
All orders below $250 DO NOT require a signature for delivery. If you would like us to ship your order with a signature requirement, contact us before placing your order.

D. International Shipping

Unfortunately, we DO NOT ship internationally at this time.

E. Taxes

Products sold on silverfernspecialties.com are wholesale, not retail. Thus we do not collect sales tax on merchandise. When the product is resold, merchandisers should collect the appropriate sales taxes in their respective states.

F. Return Policy

Our products are 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied then please return the item within 30 days. Include the reason for your return and send it to the address on the back of the packing slip to:

Upon reciept of the returned product we will issue a credit for the price of the item to your credit card.

NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

G. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are $9.95 per case for the first case. Additional cases are also $9.95, except for the Bursts which are $2.95 for each additional case.

H. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied please follow our Return Policy.

I. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be recieved via our contact us page within 1 hours from the time your order was placed. Please include your order details and shipping information in the request.

K. Large Orders

Orders in that are large enough to be at least one pallet should contact us directly. Shipping costs will be different for large orders and will be handled on a case by case basis.
